When my friend Mike passed away, the funeral arrangements were not exactly straightforward, but W Sherry & Sons went out of their way to make every step of the process as easy as possible.

Sian, in particular, was so caring and helpful. Through all the logistical complications, she went above and beyond to ensure not only that Mike was looked after, but that I was kept informed at every step.

Even when there were issues with repatriating his ashes and it was no longer their responsibility, she still checked in with me to make sure everything had been resolved and that Mike had finally reached his home soil (and his family) safely. I don't have words big enough for the gratitude I feel for the care they provided.

We found Loretta to be excellent. The professionalism and support she showed at this difficult time really helped. We felt sure that it was all under control and confident it would all go to plan because of Loretta. She made a difficult process as easy as could be expected.
