I arranged my mother's funeral with W Sherry & Sons at short notice as we had no funeral plan or previous contact with a funeral director. From start to finish, Sian, Julie, David and Justin were extremely helpful, patient, kind, appropriate and provided an excellent service. No detail was too much trouble, and they guided me through everything from registering the death to choosing music etc to what happens on the day. They also gave details of florists and places where we could invite people afterwards for refreshments, and I was very happy with both. I could ring them any time and be answered by a real person. And if you should need their services during a heat wave, as we did, their cars are air conditioned! I couldn't be more grateful and relieved for their excellent help at this difficult time. Thank you, thank you, all of you.

The excellent level of service provided by Justin, Ida, Andy and the lady at Sudbury Hill. Especially Justin and Ida with whom I interacted with most. Made me feel comfortable and supported me as I was going through the unexpected loss of my husband. They guided me to as I was not ready/ prepared to do the funeral of my beloved husband whom I lost so suddenly. Thank you Justin and Ida for all your support and guidance. Thank you Andy for lovely peaceful set up at the chapel of rest for my husband and to you and the team that presented my husband with dignity he looked so lovely and peaceful. Thank you to the lovely lady at Sudbury Hill office for your support too.

The extended family of Wesley McDowell expresses much gratitude to Brooke and David Sherry for working to arrange Wesley's funeral, with many communications between London and the Antipodes. Their response has been prompt and reassuring. We have been comforted to know that our loved one was farewelled with sensitivity, dignity and respect. Our deepest appreciation.

Sian was so warm and welcoming, helping us through was of the most difficult times when arranging the funeral for our mum .
