I arranged my mother's funeral with W Sherry & Sons at short notice as we had no funeral plan or previous contact with a funeral director. From start to finish, Sian, Julie, David and Justin were extremely helpful, patient, kind, appropriate and provided an excellent service. No detail was too much trouble, and they guided me through everything from registering the death to choosing music etc to what happens on the day. They also gave details of florists and places where we could invite people afterwards for refreshments, and I was very happy with both. I could ring them any time and be answered by a real person. And if you should need their services during a heat wave, as we did, their cars are air conditioned! I couldn't be more grateful and relieved for their excellent help at this difficult time.
