A fantastic service. The support and understanding that Sian and her team gave my family during the planning of my Dad’s funeral was incredible.

Sian’s professionalism & warmth in her voice made me feel relaxed & confident that everything was in hand. Her guidance made a very difficult time in our lives so much more bearable, nothing was too difficult & she catered to all of our needs.

The team lead by David on the day of the funeral were courteous, punctual & immaculately turned out.

15/10 no faults at all.

We cannot thank or recommend the W Sherry & Sons highly enough - they were absolutely amazing from start to finish.

A very special mention has to go to Ida, who supported us through the entire process with such kindness, compassion and professionalism. During what is an incredibly difficult time, Ida made everything feel manageable. She guided us gently every step of the way, always taking the time to explain things clearly and making sure we felt supported and reassured.

Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her care and understanding truly made a difference to us.

On the day itself, the drivers and all staff were equally outstanding — respectful, organised and so professional, helping everything run smoothly and with dignity. It gave us real peace of mind knowing everything was in such safe hands.

The whole team went above and beyond, but Ida in particular is truly exceptional. We will always be so grateful for the care, warmth and support she showed us.

Nicky in the Ickenham shop was fantastic, and supported us all the way, advised and ensured the funeral was all my Mum would have expected and enjoyed. Thanks Nicky it was so appreciated. Neil lead the funeral for us and his involvement was very much appreciated. He conducted it in the same way he had for our Father and I cannot recommend Sherrys enough. I would say I do hope not to see you again LOL. Thanks to all of the team for doing mum proud.

We cannot recommend Sherry’s enough- we have now sadly had two funerals arranged for us by Loretta and could not have asked for any more from her.

Our most recent involvement with Sherry’s was due to an unexpected death which was very difficult for our family, and Loretta showed us all such kindness, compassion and empathy that a very difficult process was made that bit easier. Her conductor on the day of the funeral itself, David, was outstanding and looked after us all in a way we will never forget.

I would highly recommend Loretta and Sherry’s at Sudbury Hill and cannot speak highly enough about the service we have received.

My family have used this branch over the last 30 odd years. Absolutely amazing staff, 100% professional, thoughtful and caring to each individual needs. The Director, Ida Anderson will see you through from start to finish, nothing was or is too much. My mum had already paid for her funeral and I just had to go in and commence the process. When she realized who it was, she did shed a tear or 2 ( and it was genuine! ) She remembered my Mum because of her song choices, one being Lady Gaga - Bad Romance, this is when Ida realized it was my Mum. So, anyone living in the area looking for decent funeral directors ( which have been going over 100 years ) I can hand on heart recommend W Sherry & Sons, Ruislip Road East in Greenford.

I have used the services of Sherry's on three occasions now because they are well established in the area and are most professional, understanding and sympathetic. With thanks especially to Ida Anderson, who is now the Manager. Justin Anderson and the other pall bearers carried out their duties in a dignified manner which was to be expected from such a highly regarded firm of funeral directors. I would not hesitate whatsoever to recommend them. In fact, I will be instructing my Executors to use Sherry's for my own funeral.
